Unlike TrueLook’s previously celebrated “billionth photos,” the 5 billionth photo was captured after the sun went down and lights filled the skyline in Chicago. On May 21, 2021 at 9:59 pm EDT / 8:59 pm CDT, TrueLook snapped a picture from Skender’s construction camera on their project at 609 W. Randolph in Chicago, Il.
This class-A office development at 609 W. Randolph in the West Loop Gate neighborhood in Chicago is a 15-story, 100,000+ square-foot building, developed by Vista Property Group and designed by Antunovich Associates. Construction is scheduled to be completed in early 2022.
The façade will keep in line with the neighborhood feel and consist primarily of masonry with complementary steel, metal panel and exterior glazing, as well as a granite base. The building is designed to be WELL certified and exceed energy code.
