Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Prospecting and Account Management: Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry. Manage and nurture existing accounts to uncover additional opportunities for growth.
- Self-Generated Leads: Independently generate leads through strategic outreach and networking, leveraging your extensive industry experience.
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with our offerings and determine their potential as valuable clients.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling online product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities of our SaaS solutions.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize CRM tools (SalesForce experience is a plus) to manage and track accounts, activities, and client interactions.
- Key Account Management: Apply your deep understanding of Key Account Management principles to nurture and enhance relationships with high-value clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Leverage your experience with Video Surveillance products or similar technical backgrounds to communicate effectively with clients regarding our solutions.
- Construction Project Lifecycle Understanding: Demonstrate a clear grasp of the construction project lifecycle to align our offerings with client needs.
- Target Achievement: Leverage your proven sales record to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Discovery Process: Employ your expertise in leading clients through the discovery process to uncover pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Autonomy: Self-manage your workflow and priorities, ensuring efficient and productive use of your time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or comparable experience.
- 5 – 7 years of demonstrable success in sales roles, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Firm grasp of Key Account Management strategies and principles.
- Experience with Video Surveillance products or similar technical backgrounds.
- Strong familiarity with SaaS solutions and sales processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Construction Project lifecycle.
- Track record of consistently achieving and surpassing targeted sales goals.
- Proficiency in conducting effective discovery processes to identify client needs.
- Exceptional self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
