Project Highlight: Village at Mira Mesa

Brixmor Property Group embarked on a significant redevelopment project in 2021 with the transformation of The Village at Mira Mesa in California. The project involved the demolition of older structures and the construction of a new, vibrant shopping center. To document every phase of the project, Brixmor used TrueLook’s 1080p PTZ Camera, which captured everything from the first swing of demolition to the final stages of completion by the end of the year.

The 1080p PTZ camera provided full-site coverage while allowing the team to zoom in on key tasks with impressive clarity. From large-scale demolition to finishing touches, the camera captured high-definition footage, creating a detailed visual record.

This technology helped bridge the gap between the office and the jobsite, allowing managers and remote stakeholders to stay connected with a real-time view of the project’s progress. This connection played a key role in the successful completion of The Village at Mira Mesa.
